I have used Chemistry's services as a recruiter for 4+ years. As my time is quite often precious to me, Chemistry takes the time out to understand my needs and what it is that I look for in my next employee. they then spends time screening out the CVs. In some cases they will interview and test (technical test) the candidates before I interview them.
