An outstanding opportunity for a Digital Project Manager to join the Tech and Innovation department of one of the worlds’ biggest brand consultancies.

Established for 70 years and employing over 1000 people across 20 locations, this company has grown from strength to strength, originally focussing on brand identity and design and now leading the charge with digital expertise to a number of high profile global clients.

The office environment is as good as you’ll find anywhere. Based on the riverside with views east to west of London, employing approx 100 people within a buzzy and bustling environment, you gain a real sense of collaboration as soon as you step foot inside the building. 

The Tech and Innovation department has been in operation for 4 years and is now becoming a focal point for the agency.

The work is totally varied. You’ll work on supporting digital basics including creation of digital guidelines, brand portals, websites, apps, etc, but the main focus is to build upon what they do for their brands within the tech world. For example, they’re currently exploring the use of AR and projection mapping in an office space to help a client tell their stories more effectively. Also they’re developing a chat bot internally, and for a major bank. It's fast, very varied, agency life.

The role would be primarily London focussed but being part of the  EMEA region there would also be opportunity to work with other offices.

The ideal Project Manager will be someone oozing with confidence, career minded and as comfortable working with designers and developers as they are meeting and presenting to clients. Culturally connected, you’ll be on the leading edge of brands, marketing, and design.

You’ll be no stranger to a fast paced environment and will thrive when challenged with managing various projects and people within a fast paced environment. You’ll be a stickler for detailed documentation with the ability to write comprehensive, water-tight project plans and SOW’s.

Experience in a cross functional team of ux/ ui designers, developers and account managers would be a big plus.

Key duties

  • Scope, plan and manage digital / technical projects from brief creation through to deployment – working closely with client and internal teams

  • Attend client meetings to drive requirements gathering processes

  • Create / review digital budgets ahead of client share

  • Devise a consistent approach to delivery

  • Manage and negotiate with delivery partners ensuring all parties are working to a clear scope and deliverables list

  • Support client services on problem solving

  • Offer training and support to internal and regional teams as required

  • Manage and evolve digital templates

  • Develop and own timing plans to ensure deadlines are met

  • Work with internal teams to plan and manage resources

  • Stay up to date on digital and tech trends and advise internal teams and clients accordingly
