What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of digital client accounts
- Act as senior day-to-day contact for key clients
- Oversee project delivery in partnership with internal teams
- Develop account plans and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to new business pitches
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of account management in a digital agency
- Strong understanding of digital services and delivery
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Commercial awareness and growth mindset
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
