This newly formed Account Managr role is the first of its kind with a brilliant digital agency who we've worked with for 10 year. Their culture and environment is as good as you'll find anywhere - hence the 4.8 rating on Glassdoor.

The agency is approx 40 people and they're based in the South East, however they employ people from all over the country as they offer mostly remote working with the occasional visit to the office.

It’s certainly not the biggest agency out there but they will hands down compete with agency out there when it comes to working culture

They're now looking hire an Account Manager to join the client services team and work alongside PM, Strategy and marketing teams and provide support across all aspects of digital strategy and service design and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will develop and maintain clients relationships and become their advisor for everything digital, made possible through the strategic application, production and delivery of creative, digital marketing products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience

• 3+ years’ Customer Success and/or Account Management within a digital agency environment
• A background with a focus on relationships, with the ability to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
• The ability to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences, at all levels of a business
• Confident communication skills (written and oral) and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organisations
• Sound business acumen and decision making, in a fast-paced environment
