My client are an very ambitious, highly reputable and company within the Digital Experience space, and are now looking to employ a Business Development professional to take their outreach/sales within the UK/German market to the next level!
You'll be a motivated business developer able to operate in a lively and dynamic manner. The role will require you to establish, nurture and build rapport with Managers/Directors of companies both in the UK and Germany. As there's a large exposure to the German market, the ideal candidate will need to have a professional proficiency of German; both written and verbal.
You will be required to become fully acquainted, identify, consult and really help shape the Digital Experience for potential clients, and educate how your company is best solution.
Being a Digital Experience company, the client are looking for someone who has knowledge/understanding of the digital world. A keen interest in this field is essential.
You will be reporting directly to the BD Director, who will guide you in shaping the strategy and implementation.
Experience in a sales or account manager role is desirable, although they would consider someone with experience around building and maintaining meaningful relationships in a digital environment.
You'll be an excellent communicator, able to build long-standing, trustworthy relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities alongside the commercial team.
They’re ideally looking for somebody to work in a hybrid capacity ie 2 days in the office, 3 days remote. However, if they find the perfect candidate who can work fully remotely then they would love to speak with you also.
You'll be joining a very diverse team, big on collaboration. There's a great amount of potential in this role, with the scope to grow internally.

The salary is £35-42k, with OTE £53-60k.
