A brilliant company operating in the VR space, they’ve recently been shortlisted as one of the Top 20 most innovative Edtech start-ups in the world and are expected to double in size this year and are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team as they explode throughout 2024.

Dedicated to providing immersive and interactive learning experiences for students and educators their platform is revolutionizing the training and learning landscape by leveraging cutting-edge virtual reality technology to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.

They're now looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of VR training projects.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the intersection of technology and education, ideally with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the VR or education industry, although anyone with experience of working alongside devs and designers in a tech/digital environment will also be considered.

The role requires a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining a high standard of quality and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the development team to conceptualize, design, and implement immersive VR experiences aligned with clients learning objectives.
• Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders, including educators, content creators, and technical teams, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges and obstacles.
• Manage project resources effectively, including budget allocation, staffing, and external partnerships, to optimize project efficiency and deliverables.
